Both zones drifted and the readout jumped around, cold one day and warm the next. The control board had failed rather than anything mechanical. He fitted a new one and came back later to confirm it held.

Our built-in stopped cooling on the food side during a 115 degree week. The condenser fan motor had seized, so nothing was shedding heat. He had a motor on the van and temperatures were back down by evening.
